A little about us: Doug has a talent for improving things – when he’s not transforming trucks, cars, boats….well anything with a motor really, he’s working on updating and flipping houses. Wendy is a designer with a love for putting together color schemes, assisting Doug with the technical stuff, and painting! Together we make a good team!

Our most recent projects are unique – transforming a limo into a RV and a church into a house and we brought a foreclosed farmhouse back to life! We’re about to finish work on our Tennessee A-Frame that hadn’t been updated since the 80’s…stay tuned for the after photos!

Toterhome Bus

Hudson, WI

We Frankenstein’d a 2009 International Limo with a crashed 2021 Forest River Cherokee Camper to create a motor home with a smooth ride and towing power.

Farmhouse Remodel

Hudson, WI

This was a foreclosure with squirrels for occupants. Lots of clean-up, everything new from the studs up and a huge wrap-around deck revived this sweet little farmhouse.

Church> City Hall> Home

Glenwood City, WI

This building has history! Once a church, then a City Hall, Library and temporary school, we re-purposed it again into a single-family home with unique features.

River Life Condo

Stillwater, MN

Life on the St Croix is fabulous in a condo with a marina in the front yard. We updated the golden oak interior into a crisp blue and white nautical theme.

Open Concept 80’s

Hudson, WI

Great neighborhood and good bones made this an easy choice for a flip. We opened up spaced, updated decor and turned the garage into a coveted space!

Trout Brook Drive


Roberts, WI

With the Kinnickinnic River running through the property, we couldn’t help ourselves! Good bones and a great location made this home sweet once again!

Sunset River Views

Hudson, WI

Right across the main drag from the river, yet private with only one neighbor. The layout was unique given several additions and each room took advantage of that glorious river view!

Sweet Seventies

Glenwood City, WI

Another unique interior in a home that had been neglected. We kept the coolest 70’s features and added new flooring, paint and a whole new kitchen.

Modern Cedar

Hudson, WI

The location was too good to pass up – directly across the street from houses on the river and walking distance to downtown. We created a modern pergola to shift it the cedar facade out of the 90’s.

Tennessee A-Frame

Cookeville, TN

The charms of Tennessee’s warmer winters drew us to find this unique 1970’s A-Frame. We’re almost done with this major update!
